Hi,
I've just ordered one from Keeptheheaton.com. Its a Gledhill GD153 at about £20 plus vat & delivery. I think its the same sensor for both the DHW and and the PHE sensor although not sure what the latter does.
If you enter the Gledhill site you can acces the PDF guide to the Boilermate 2000 with pictures on the part locations and a list of parts which is where I got the number from. Mine should turn up tomorrow so I'll report back on the result once fitted.
