I'm having a little trouble with my BM2000 or is it the boiler...
Hot water is wonderful but there's no heating. The heating pump doesn't appear to be running but is free and spins easily enough; a multimeter shows that the ACB isn't calling for the pump.
It looks from the ACB trouble shooting guide that I've sensor issues although the guide isn't too clear. I'm getting a few sparodics.
Pressing Sw2 initially gives 00 for T1, pressing sw1 then gives 99 and again gives 99,
an error for PHE T2 with 70 and 75
finally H45

I'm gas safe registered; you'd have thought I'd be able to sort out my heating out! I'm feeling a little useless..

I'm happy to swap the PHE and DHW sensors out, but will this resolve my issues please?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Longy

Just adding; I've only LED 1 and 2 glowing
Store now showing as 00, 72 and 75 respectively.

I am afraid it is PCB.
Check that the Heating timer is working.
And live to Room stat.
If all ok.
Then PCB not telling pump to run.
You could try switching off the supply to the BM 2000 wait a few minutes.
And try that.

Thanks Mike, I was praying you weren't going to say that..
I'm pretty sure timer & stat are both good but its always worth a double check and I've been down the route of shutting down for a good 20mins and bringing back up.
Is there such a thing as reconditioned boards for these on the market? I don't fancy spending £250 this time of year..

Look in the unanswered posts.
There is a guy who says he may be able to repair them.
