Hi i recently moved into a flat with a pulsacoil a class the previous owner said to me all i needed to do for hot water was flick it on. after reading on here some other peoples problems i now realise this is not the case. i then investigated the tank above and its bone dry im assuming this is why im not getting any hot water at my taps. i was getting hot water but then it suddenly stopped. im assuming the boiler is doing all the right jobs when i turn it on releys click on makes the noises it did when i was getting hot water but now im not. any help would be amazing as this is really annoying me now as you can imagine. t

Well it would help if you read your books.
Fill the unit up.
And heat it up using the bottom heater.
Or heat it up using the boost button (top heater)
Should be fine then.
Unless you have other problems.
You must let the unit heat up to get hot water.
The water in the unit is dirty water.
Your hot water is heated via a plate heat exchanger.
30 mins reading would sort out many problems what are posted on here.
