Ol boilermate FE180 - leaking overflow
Hi
I have an old boilermate FE180, capacity 160 litres, in a house I rent out in Brentwood, Essex. The overflow is dripping constantky (although has apparently gotten worse today).
The drip is hot water.
I am told this means that the coil has split and that I need a new unit.
Does this sound like a correct diagnosis, and would anyone like to quote to undertake this job.
Thanks
Ian

Might just be the ball valve in the top tank.
The water would be hot
