Boiler provides some hot water and then goes cold.

Hello,

I have this type of boiler and at present nothing is indicated as being wrong - no flashy lights etc. Immersion lights are also on.

The boiler is hot, when you turn on the hot tap, it runs with hot water for a minute or too and then goes cold. It doesn't return to being hot. Any hints and tips as to what I can do.

Currently it is on a timer.

Sounds like a sensor problem or DHW pump.
