water not hot enough Empty water not hot enough

Post  jen308 Fri Feb 27, 2009 12:11 pm

I moved into my appartment 2 years ago. During the last month I've had problems getting enough hot water from my pulsacoil 111. The temperature fluctuates. I may be washing my hair and the water is quite hot then within a few seconds it suddenly goes cold. During the last week I haven't been able to have a warm bath. I run the tap getting luke warm water and it then suddenly has no heat at all. I get only enough water to sit in and then have to turn off the tap. Had an engineer come today but he checks things and said all is well. I find this hard to believe.

Apologies for my delay in replying.

This is heat sensor failure. Easy to fix. Where are you?

Cheers, Mike

water not hot enough Empty Overheat stat, and possible water level issue

Post  sunny.sahdev Tue Sep 10, 2013 2:57 am

I would check the water level in the header tank as well and then the overheat stat at the front of the unit. If you are not sure which parts these are, you can request the Pulsacoil 3 user and installation manual via this link -> Pulsacoil 3 Manual
