NO Hot water and NO Heating

Hi there all, i hope someone can assist me ASAP..., i have NO Hot water and NO Heating - Systemate 2000...
the boiler in the garage is saying reset, i have done this and it starts fine.... on going up stairs and removing the front from the Systemate you can hear the hot water primary pump running all of the time, the other two pumps are not running at all (space heating or boiler pump), i have removed the caps and neither are siezed.... all the pump lights are lit and fuse OK, the boiler is getting hot water to the pumps, but the pumps are not kicking in even when the taps are turned on..... i have cracked the unions and there seems to be water at all the joints, so doesnt indicate any blockage.... what i have noticed is the LED is not showing any lights/digits - even pressing the two buttons doesnt indicate any temperature or codes/straight lines, it is blank no matter what...... that said, can i assume the control board(ACB) is faulty, and therefore is not sending signals to for the pumps to kick in....???
please help, we are at -2, and children nithered - local plumber cannot get here until tomorrow!!!!

Looks like your ACB has failed.
Had any storms or power surges in the last few months?

No power cuts etc otherwise other appliances wld have reset etc.. Was all working fine during am then went caput for no reason!
Know anywhere near york that I can pick up acb unit
