......I have this problem. Reading Mikes excellent website and searching the parts supplier South East Green Energies LTD - it looks like the kit I need to rectify the issue is "MIP080 - Retro fit kit / Thermostat Conversion Kit". Can someone please confirm that is correct.

That sounds right, but I would also recommend you check the water level in your header tank because when this is low, it causes the overheat stat to trip.
