central heating on when water heating up? Empty central heating on when water heating up?

Hi all my boiler mate 2000 has a problem the central heating comes on whenever hot water has been used even if timer is switched too the off position?

Can anyone help cuz after looking on here im thinking its pcb and dont want to splash the cash if it could be something simple .

ACB or PCB as you know it.
Try switching whole unit off and after at least 5 minutes switch back on.
But main board has gone I am afraid.
