persistently cold water :(
Hi Mike,
we have a pulsacoil III boiler and at present are getting cold water. The green lights are flickering but occassionally go off for a second or so. The top cistern is full and the cupboard appears warm and even with the booster switch we have been unsuccessful in getting warm or hot water. Any advice would be great.
regards,
Amanda.

Re: persistently cold water :(
Bit late now I suppose but I think you need to get an engineer out. The symptoms are too vague to advise accurately.
Cheers, Mike

It could be a number of things
Hi Amanda,
This could be a number of things from Pump to elements being faulty. Call us on 0800 046 1241 and we'll see if we can get a better idea over the phone.
