No Economy 7 or timer!

I wander if someone can help me.

I have just moved into an apartment that has a PulsaCoil A-Class boiler. I have never seen one of these before.

After browsing the internet and coming across this website it seems that if this type of boiler is installed you should have an Economy 7 meter but I have just checked with the supplier and it's not. The type of apartment I'm in, you don't have access to the meter's themselves and have to ask the property management company for your reading.

Where the boiler is situated, it has 3 white switches on the wall, one is for keeping the boiler on but I'm unsure what the other 2 do. After reading messages on the forum I assumed 1 of the 2, was to be kept on all the time, hence on Economy 7 and the other was a booster but if I'm not on Economy 7 why are there 3 switches! I'm completely confused.

Can anyone help?

You need to be on E 7.
Ask your neighbours what they are on.
And ref the switches to.
