boilermate3 no divertor valve supply

hi ,
I recently got asked by a friend to look at their boilermate 3 which has ceased to function , after conducting some tests and speaking to Gledhill it appeared there was no switch supply to the boiler , thus it was decided the pcb was damaged which I changed , that supply has now been restored but the divertor valve still doesn't operate , there is no output on any of the switch lives to the valve to make it operate from the pcb , something which also appeared to be present on the old damaged board , is there any thing I should be checking that's stopping the valve supply from the board ?

Try to feed the gray switch live2 from the motor valve ( pcb terminal 14) direct to the room stat call on the pcb ( terminal 28) , if there is any response then. If this is the BM3 with single pcb (GT155).

Have you also checked the jumper position?

If this works, you could then also put the boiler SL ( terminal 7 ) together with the SL1 ( brown ( terminal 13)

im going to have a look at these options tomorrow ,
can I ask what the jumper position should be , the old board just had one on position 4 ,
