Re: overfilled top tank
Is your hot water working?
If yes, could be only the green bulb/neon
Kind regards

Re: overfilled top tank
Hi
No it's not working. We were away and had switched it off for a week. When we came back we switched it on and topped up the tank and I accidentally filled it right to the top obstructing the inner left hand side open ended metal pipe. The green lights flickered then came on during filling but then went out. After emptying some excess water it flickered again a few times but then went out and it's still not lit up or heated up overnight.

Please have the unit left on if you not going for longer than 3 to 4 weeks at time, as you not saving any money with this.Your Pulsacoil is thermostatic controlled and highly insulated, so do not worry. Check the water in your top tank may once every 2 to 3 month. Max is half full ( notice the crimp in the middle). The boost is only as alternative, if you run out of the energy ,stored from the eco7 electricity, or as emergency. Use the Off Peak as standard one, if you have to use the boos on regular basis to get enough hot water, try to get economy 10 from your electricity firm ( eon, powergen, BG .....). Hope this helps regards Master Mario
Re: overfilled top tank
Hi we have an issue with our Pulsacoil 3 boiler again. Top up tank level of water is ok but green lights keep going out. We noticed the float switch inside keeps dropping. When pulled up it works ok. Please can you advise?
