I have had a sensor fault on my systemate 2000 and since replacing this yesterday the hot water is working better than ever (it was constantly going hot and cold) but I have realised that the thermal store never seems to reach temperature. It's suppossed to reach 74 degrees but is taking an absolute age and after more than abhor has only reached 60 degrees despite the boiler calling for hot water on and off for the whole time. The 2nd led is constant as the store isn't up to temperature and I think the Booker is switching off as its overheating before the store is rwaching temperature, then cooling down and firing again. Any ideas?

Is your boiler on high / max?
Last service?
Could be flow & return pipe work blocked with sludge etc.
Boiler pump?
Could be sludged up.
Or just getting old.
On number 3 setting?
Boiler could be at fault as in cutting out before store gets hot.
I would go for line 3
And check the boiler pump.
Happy Christmas
