Hi All,

our Systemate 2000 is playing up, it's permanently running the combo boiler even if we disconnect the thermostat and timer. I know i'm guessing but does that mean the PCB is shot?

Looking at the PCB we have NO jumpers bridged/set at all and we have all four Green LED's on. I keep seeing references to jumpers and LED's, we've lived here three years and no one has touched it or changed anything. Could this be the reason our system is playing up or is this just co-incedental?

If the board has gone, can someone recommend where to get a replacement/recon and a fitter for the S66 area?

thank you.

Does sound like the main board.
Google for a board.
There are recon ones available.
Look on home page for list of advertisers.
Google up Gledhill repairs for your area / county.
Gledhill may cover your area and do a fixed price repair.

Ok thanks for coming back Mike. I've ordered a new board and will have elec switch it over.

What's your thoughts on the jumpers not being present? Should i put them on the new board as suggested in the manual or leave them off as per the existing board?

Cheers.

Fit the jumpers as they should be fitted.
Instructions should come with the new board.
You will only get one jumper with the new board.
Order some extra ones.

New PCB installed with jumpers set as in manual, all seems ok, fingers crossed.

Thanks for guidance Mike.
