Pulsa Coil111 issue

My flat has one of these, I am having issues with loss of pressure from the taps and the water is not running hot, any ideas please? is it fixable by me or is it an engineer job? Help

Read through the posts on here.
And have a look at your manual.
But it may be better to look for an engineer.
