boilermate 2000 Empty boilermate 2000

Ok so changed my room stat for a new one, nothing fancy just old one was worn out. Now I've turned the power back on the boilermate isn't sending any power to the stat. There no power at the terminals for the stat on the pcb and I've checked the little 5A fuse and this is ok. Hot water and boiler control is fine, just CH. Any ideas? Thanks
