pulsacoil constantly heating
is my thermostat foulty couse my boiler heating water 24h a day

It sound more likely that you have left the boost switch turned on constantly.
The unit can only heat up if the elements receive electricity. As economy 7 only operates for 7 hours during the night time you must be using the boost to allow the unit to heat outside of these times.
