Slow flashing light Empty Slow flashing light

Hi,

We have a Pulsa coil A class and do not have any hot water unless we press the boost button. I have read multiple other entries on this issue and obviously it can be a number of different issues that could be causing it. This did happen a while back but it seemed to sort itself out.

From looking at the fault lights inside the unit (2 x 7 segment displays) there is no light illuminated for the 'Off peak supply present'. Could this be the issue that there is no eletrical supply enabling water to be heated on off peak? If so will this require an engineer?

Thanks!

Nupp

You really need an engineer.
Try Google for your area.
As in Gledhill repairs "your area"
Or try
Gledhill Response
Who might offer you a fixed price repair and a years break down cover.
Cost around £350
But if you heaters etc have failed and a drain down needed that can add up.
