Boilermate SP A 4200 won’t stop heating even with wall thermostats turned off

Hi Folks,

I’m having some issues with my Boilermate SP A 4200.

After summer I decided to switch the heating back on to test it. The heating now comes on even if the wall thermostats (both zones) are turned all the way off in constant or timed. The only way I can get the 3 port control valve to close again is to switch off the main power to the unit and leave the heating off on rocker switch. The HW side of things is fine.

When you rotate the wall thermostat to require heating, should a relay click on and off on the PCB? Nothing changes on the PCB at the moment.

I suspect the Main PCB controller is faulty (Pijnenburg GT490)

Thanks Chris
