boilermate 2000 Empty boilermate 2000

hi all i have recently fitted a boilermate 2000 with a worcester 24i system boiler hot water seems fine but cant get central heating to work the over ride works the heating but no joy when set back to normal operation there seems to be no power to the room stat from the board any help would be greatly recieved.

There are a number of potential options for this, but the first that you should check is that the boiler thermostat is set to MAXIMUM.
The Boilermate will not allow central heating until the store reaches a minimum of 60deg C (the heating pump will not activate below this temp).
Also check the internal time clock as the room stat is wired in series with this.
