No Hot Water... please help!!! Empty No Hot Water... please help!!!

Hi
I have a PulsaCoil A-Class Boiler which is showing no fault but is not producing any hot water. I’m not on economy 7, can anyone help?
I’ve topped up the grey manual fill tank on the top but this doesn’t seem to have made any difference.
I’ve been in the property just over 11 years and have only had one previous issue which resulted in an expensive bill for a part which turned out to be really cheap to buy so I’m reluctant to call an engineer if it’s a relatively quick fix!
I’m based in York and I can’t seem to find anyone locally who deal with PulsaCoil so any help would be greatly received!!
Thank you

Given the age and lack of fault codes it may be something like the immersion heaters or relays have failed, often one fails and may not be noticed then when the other one finally goes there is no hot water. A non specialist heating person or even an electrician should be able to test them out. This is a link to the manual that has a circuit diagram and other information in it. http://www.gledhill-spares.net/documents/PulsaCoilAClass-Iss9.pdf
