BoilerMate 2000 Henley on Thames
Hi,
Would firstly like to say thank you for this very helpful website!
I have managed up until now to always mend my boilermate myself however this time I am unable.
I am experiencing no heating and intermittent hot water, I have checked the PCB and all seems to be fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there anyone local to me who could come and take a look?

Hi Ian,
When you say the pcb is ok, have you checked voltage being sent to the boiler and pump?
What temperature is the boilermate reading?
Kind regards

Hi Gary,
Thank you for your prompted response,
How do I check the voltage?
When I press the buttons on the pcb I am getting 66 degress in store temperature. But sometimes the display goes off and then seems to reboot.

To check the voltage you will require a multi meter,
However if you are saying the PCB display is going off and coming on then I would suggest that the pcb is the cause.
They are simple to change, the cable connections just plug in.
