Systemate111 and Potterton "Lockout"

Mike first of all I'd like to congratulate on a fab forum, all ready saved me a packet and kept the Mrs off my back, Faulty DHW sensor bought new one from segal and now Im back in the 21st century with Hot water superb!!!
Secondly - I would like to pick your brains on my original problem - I have the Potterton Suprima 70 boiler with a System mate 111, The boiler has the common "Lockout" problem but not the comon fix, as I have replaced the PCB with the newer 511603 upgrade kit. But still have the lockout problem now after a bit more digging a few sites ( And Potterton ) have pointed the finger at the System mate111's PCB. Is this feasable? Which out of he 2 boards do I replace? Where 2 buy? Appologies for so many questions but I'm at the end of the road.
