Massive gas bills

Hi, the system seems to be on all the time, and although the thermostat is on 0, the rads still get warm and the 'metal box' is throwing off lots of heat. Gledhill came out at a cost of £212 and say the system is running fine !
There is no problem with the meter nor is ther a gas leak as I have had both checked. Last months bill for 2 bed flat on very low usage was £110. Gledhill say I can call their premium rate technical line at 60p per min. Help !

Sounds like a sensor problem.
