Hi Sparky;

You have checked the heaters
Did you checked the flexes and any switches or spurs?
You could try swopping the flexes round.
Off peak to peak
And vice a versa.
How long does it take before the RCD trips out?
Have you checked the rod stats in the heaters.
Look for corrosion and water.
Sometime top heater leaks and drips on to bottom one.
Mike.

h
iya Mike
yes have checked all them and all seems ok. Ther LED is blinking as if all is ok..We topped up the header tank ,but think the problem seemed to be the timer had a intermittent fault.The ol washing machine syndrome.Have replaced that and have not (fingers crossed) heard any further complaints.
just one thing when does the pump come into operation. pressure at the taps seems to be pretty good.Have not been able to get the pump to run apart from direct connection with a supply. to check if its ok.

thanks for your input.

Julian
