Hi

Just see any expert here who can help me

The boiler has been heating up for a day & I know lots of hot water in the tank but just dont come out.

The LED light on PCB is flashing normally as instructed on the manual; The two green light are on.

The upper immersion heater is hot but the lower one is always cold so I think might be something wrong with it.

Could anyone please give me any idea or solution on this issue?

Update:

relay is buzzing....... but still no hot water

Hi,

I would recommend you check the supply, element and thermostat rod.

Green lights are normal.
