Buzzing and Pumps problem!

Right, i hope you can help me. My delay timer board is making the buzzing sound.
Also, the pump that pumps the water around doesn't come on.
Are they related? I switched over the pump connectors and the same pump works when i turn the heating on.

Will replacing the delay timer board solve the pump not coming on. A the moment my pipes are making all kind of noises!

Replace the board first as common fault.
When you swopped the connections over did you still get the noise.
