I've been told that there should an insulating polystyrene cover over the heat exchanger of my Systemate III, yet there is none. I was hoping to order one, but I can't find a part that seems to fit the description. Exactly what should I be looking for? I.e., what's the technical term for this thing? Where might I find one?
