no hot water or heat  Empty no hot water or heat

Hi Wonder if you can help I have an a class, In the cupboard that its sits is warm water is in the tank the green light is on and the pump is working but getting no hot water and no heat from rads any ideas when you take the front cover off there is a small display with red letters or numbers cannot tell as only part showing on screen the red light is not flashing and the boost button does not appear to do anything.

Hi Jon

I'm not quite sure if you know whether you have a "Pulsacoil" A Class, or a "Boilermate" A Class, as you have said that you have no hot water nor any heat to the radiators. The "Pulsacoil" A Class does not provide heat to the radiators.

Have another look at the label on the front of the unit and let us know which one it says it is so that we can help you correctly.
