Pulsacoil 2000 small amount of hot water, no boost...

Hi,

I have the same kind of problem I see other people have mentioned on the forum, not enough water in the mornings for two showers and then no further hot/warm water for the rest of the day.

Today I have run the boost for three hours straight this evening and still do not get any hot or warm water from the taps.

I guess I would like to know how benefical the boost button can be? Does it have the potential to heat the whole tank to a level where I would be able to take a shower in the evening? Even being able to do some washing up with warm water would be good at this stage. :-(

The boost is the top heater and only heats a third of the unit up.
If you have the boost on for 3 hours and no hw then heater or stat is suspect.
Tank at top has water?

I would check the stats are operating correctly and the bottom element is not faulty.
