No hot water

No hot water

Hi I am new to this forum and would appreciate any advice you can give me. I have been out to look at an electramate 2000 tonight in a rented property, I cannot get any hot water at all. the heating is working ok and all the pumps are working but when you turn on the hot water tap there is no hot water. any ideas?
