Hi,

Is the store hot? Have you check the integrity of the immersion elements?

Kind regards

Yes, the store is hot, I thought it might be the rod thermostat so changed that. That made no difference...

Hi,

If the store is hot it is an issue with heat transfer, Check with the hot tap open what voltage you are obtaining at the pump? It should be 240V.

Kind regards

Sound like sensor issues, but I have come accross this problem before and it has turned out to be the PCB.

Initially start with changing the sensors.

Kind regards

Thats what I thought. I have just ordered the sensors and hopefully that will solve it. If not like you say i'll change the PCB. I'll keep you updated for future reference.

Thnaks for your advice Gary.
