Pump running really hot !!!!!!!

Hi everybody

I was wondering if anybody could help me, i am based in leicester and i am having problem with my hot water it comes on for a 10 min and then it starts to runs luke warm and then hot again etc
i have managed to change both immerstion heaters and a new pump and cleaned out the heat exchanger, it has made a liitle diffrence but the problem does seem to be still there.

I aint no plumber by trade but i like to try and fix jobs myself such as a bit of a handyman

But now that i have ran out of ideas i have come to the expert for HELP !!!

As i think it may be an electrical fault as the motor runs for a while and then stops so me thinks it may be some sort of a replay(maybe), Also it could be the pump itself aswell as it seems to be really warm at all times is this right ?? but my knowledge seems to stop when it gets in to the electrical area

Also the light indicates there isnt a fault it quite happy flashes two continous light
As there isnt any light on the left hand side of the boiler

Could you possible put me in the right direction or know anybody in this area, as everybody i have tryed to contact doesnt want to know about these boilers

Sounds like pump control pcb or one or both sensors
