Hot taps but cold shower

Hi,
I recently moved to rented accomadation where there is a pulsacoil2000 boiler.
Have been having some problems recently where the shower is only just warm, but if you try any other taps, even the one in the bath, the temperature is very hot.
Would it likely be a fault with the mixing tap where you set the temperature for the water?
I was just after some suggestions before I go asking the landlord to try and sort it out.

Sounds like a problem with the shower not the gledhill.

Have someone replace the shower cartridge in your shower which should resolve your problem.
