ignition lockout light following area power supply failure

We had a power supply failure in our street, for about a day.

When power was restored, I noticed that the ignition lockout light on our gulfstream 2000 boiler was on.
After a reset, the boiler started, but after a bit of hesitation. I hear an unusual fan spinning up/stopping about 9 or 10 times, for about 4 or 5 minutes, then the system will start and work.
In the morning, I hear the same hesitation, then the system will go to ignition lockout again.
I currently am using backup mode.

The boiler to date has been fine (6 years old).
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated
I am in Weybridge, Surrey.
