Pulsacoil 2000 - No hot water

Hello,

Any help much appreciated with a Pulsacoil 2000!

Had intermittent hot water for some time, then realised the top water tank was empty, so topped it up and hot water was consistent. However, 2 week's later the boiler has stopped entirely, not a peep.

- pcb LED is flashing normally
- pump is turning (the screw turns slowly) when set to III, but not at lower settings.
- no heat anywhere

Any idea where to look?

Hi,

Is the cupboard in which the pulsacoil in still hot? if not the immersion sound like it may have failed, If you have a multi meter you can check for 18ohms across the element.
