Please can you help i have a pulsacoil 2000 in my flat and the pcb's anti surge fuse blew so i bought a couple new ones and when i put the first one in the lights flashes about 7 times then consistantly flashed 2 times (saying system ok i think) but when i turned my tap on within seconds the fuse blew again and the same thing happened with the second fuse im thinking its the pump but can you help

Sounds like pump.
Take wires out of pump and make safe.
And try again.
Could be the PCB though.
Check the top left hand corner for any burning.
