Pulsacoil 2000

Post  lornaHC on Thu Jul 21, 2011 1:57 am

I came home last night to a flat full of hot steam like a sauna. The steam has stripped the veneer from the door to my boiler cupboard, warped the door frame and left the landing dripping in condensation. I just turned everything off in a panic.Any advice please

Hi Lorna,

Sounds like you have an overheat stat and immersion stat failure, sometimes these are a combined component dependent on the age of the PulsaCoil and will require replacing.

Kind regards

Gary

Hi Lorna

Have your thermostat rods replaced for MIP080, you can find them via this link: Gledhill Pulsacoil 2000 Spares
