boiler mate ov no heating but DHW fine

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has any advice on a boiler mate ov that doesn`t get the central heating going but DHW is OK.

I have tried looking through the installation instructions to see if i can find any fault codes etc, but not sure how to do this as the instructions aren`t very clear.

I have taken off the front cover and called for heat and I can hear switching in the appliance and the CH pump comes on. (i have opened the screw and the motor is turning strongly).

I wait for the pipes to get warm the output side of the pump and they don`t seem to as if the water isn`t flowing.

does anyone have any advice on what the next stage could be to check.

If the unit is hot.
What unit? Is it.
Then the impeller on the pump could have come off / broken.
Or you have a blockage as in sludge etc.
Is the unit full?
Try draining some water out.
If you hear it filling then fine.
