Replacement room thermostat

Post  Starkicker on Thu Sep 01, 2011 3:15 am

I noticed today that our room thermostat has broken (physically, the plastic dial no longer turns the metal knob). Option 1 is some superglue to refix the broken bits of plastic dial but if that doesn't work a new thermostat beckons. Are they anything special or would this Honeywell one which looks the same as the current one do the trick?

Starkicker,

That Honeywell one will be fine!
