NO NOT WATER

Post  Algwars on Mon Oct 10, 2011 1:10 pm

I have a Glenhill Pulsacoil 2000. There is no hot water. Both LED lights are off. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you. Now called a plumber and both elements have gone. Will be repaired. Thanks

Is the store hot? If you take the front panel off is the red led flashing on the PCB board?

Number of problems could be causing this

There are a number of problems causing this. I would recommend you confirm the system is being used correctly. You can request a self check guide which should help via this link: Pulsacoil 2000

Most likely both elements have gone but have the plumber check the thermostat rods in case they are the only points which have failed
