Pulsacoil 2000 - Economy 7 Timer Empty Pulsacoil 2000 - Economy 7 Timer

Hi,

I really hope you can help. My economy 7 timer seems to have stopped working. The light comes on during offpeak as if the water is heating however in the morning there in absolutely no hot water.
If I put the boost on this works ok and I have enough hot water for 2-3 showers.

The timer is still ticking and moving round as normal, the light comes on but there is not hot water.

Is this a timer issue? Connection issue? Seems strange that the boost works but not the timer?

Thanks for any help you can give!

Lucy

Pulsacoil has 2 heaters.
Boost works the top one.
E7 for the bottom one.
Could be the timer.
Or the bottom heater or rod stat.
