Fantastic service

I called to arrange for an engineer to come and fix my boiler as I had no hot water. What happened next was just so unexpected, I was talked through the possible causes, and solutions and I now have hot water. In this day and age when profit comes before service it is so refreshing to encounter a true professional who is interested in ensuring the customers needs are met.
