Systemate 2000 chattering relay Empty Systemate 2000 chattering relay

My daughter has recently moved into a flat and the heating is provided by a Main boiler and a Systemate 2000 heat store.

It has had a few issues, all have been fixed by a local plumber, who is currently not available.

It now has a new issue in that a relay is chattering. It's pretty fast and also sounds like a buzz. This can stop if you give it a couple of taps with the handle of a screwdriver (I used to work on relay's as an apprentice. Can you tell?) I was wondering if one of the contacts should hold the relay on and is maybe dirty.

The relay is a plug in IMO LR86957.

Has anyone else had an issue with this before?
