How To Turn Off Hot Water to Shower - Electromate 2000 12KW
Hi,
I have a problem with a shower where the thermostatic valve needs replacing.
If you turn off the main incoming cold water to the property all cold water is turned off.
How do I turn off the hot water to the shower and sinks from the Electromate 2000?
Thanks for any help,
Regards,
Carl.

Hi;
Look in the manual, page 4. Numbers 9 & 10 on diagram.
IF the are any isolating valves fitted by the installers, then they would be the ones.
But there will most likely not be any.
So turn the water off at the internal stop cock.
And fit the cartridge to the shower.
If necessary you may have to remove shower and blank off pipes, again depending on shower fitted.
Some showers have means of isolation fitted.
