How to use "switch" back up Empty How to use "switch" back up

HELP..My Ideal Icos boiler packed up this afternoon, Engineer can't repair it until he's ordered part,which could take a few days..He pressed "switch" back up and said wait an hour....I followed all instructions on front of boiler A class but still no heating or hot water.. What am i doing wrong ? any advice would be much appreciated.x

the simplest and most common fault on this is , the installer has left the fuses for the switch in the plastic bag, in the unit and has not fitted them in., Otherwise , the fitted immersion is faulty or the relay is stuck or faulty

Thanks Mario..Engineer will check it out tomorrow when he fixes boiler..Another cold night tonight though !!
