Gledhill specialist/engineer required for property in Basildon, essex

We have moved into a new property which is about 4 years old. The boiler which we had service (in april 2010) by a registered gas safe engineer

The problem we are having is that the water is not hot all the time throughout the day and we have noticed its getting worse every day

Winter is soon approaching and we cant be without water. My mother is ill and needs to have hot water

The engineer said there must be fault with the boiler, but this boiler is only a few years old

Need someone to get back to me as we are having to put the boiler on emergency as the burner light keeps going off

Call our office tomorrow. Aqua Elec and we will book an engineer to attend.
You have not said what model the Gledhill unit is, please make sure you have the model, Pulsacoil, Boilermate etc
We are only in Billericay so just down the road

What boiler do you have and what is wrong with it. if its a pulsa coil a class there is a few things that go wrong all the time relays etc may not need an expert to solve the problem?
