No hot water or heating.
Hi Folks,
our Electramate started giving lukewarm water a few days back and now is giving stone cold water.
The store LED is permanently on but none of the usual heating noises are happening.
When we run the hot tap or switch the heating thermostat on the LED display shows the corresponding DHW and Heating lights as you would expect, but the usual noise of the pump starting up doesn't happen.
I've depressed the Sw2 button to cycle the display and there doesn't appear to be a sensor fault.
Any ideas?
I'm located in Leeds and struggling to get an engineer to visit, can anyone recommend someone?
