Please HELP !!! No heating

Please help me. I have a boilermate 2000, the hot water is constantly hot and working fine but I have no heating. The central heating pump sounds like it's constantly trying to turn but nothing happens regarding the radiators getting warm. Is this in need of a new pump or is this an indication that the pump is ok (because its trying to turn) and i'm in need of a new pcb ?????? Really need someone's help...........

Well is the middle pump turning?
Is the unit hot?
If it is below 60c then heating will not work.
I suggest you read through the posts on here ref BM 2000's.
Then get back.

No the centre pump isn't spinning but when I switch to emergency heating the radiators warm up for 20/30 minutes but then stop working again. The pump feels hot and the temperature is 72c

Well using it on normal.
And if the unit is 60c or above.
Then if the time clock is telling the room stat to give heat.
The ACB will run the pump.
Bled the pump / check it has water?
Checked the unit will take water?
If all the above are ok.
Check for voltage at the pump using a meter or voltage tester with leads.
It is very probable that the ACB has failed.
Can you read the codes?
Ids the display correct as per manual?
